Donation Guidelines

We welcome new or gently-used items. We cannot accept anything excessively scratched, soiled, damaged, extremely out of style or in need of repair.

We do not accept these:

  • Armoires

  • Bedding:

    • Mattresses, Box Springs

    • Headboards ONLY or folding metal rail sets

  • Baby Items

  • Bicycles

  • Blankets, bedding, linens

  • Books

  • Carpeting - wall to wall

  • China Cabinets or hutches

  • Coffee mugs

  • Clothing

  • Curtains/Drapes/Blinds

  • Dark Knotty Pine style furniture

  • Dishwashers (unless brand new, never used)

  • Entertainment Centers

  • Exercise Equipment

  • Floral, plaid, or otherwise dated styles of upholstery

  • Hospital Beds

  • Hardware, screws, nails (unless NEW and in original packing)

  • USED Kitchen Cabinets

  • Luggage

  • Medical Equipment

  • Musical Instruments -large size. Pianos, Organs, Etc.

  • Office Equipment or large office furniture

  • Pianos

  • Sleeper Sofas

  • Sports Equipment

  • Toys or Games

  • Tupperware or plastic kitchen items

  • Wall Ovens, Cooktops

  • Wallpaper

  • Wall units



We accept these:

Furniture and household:

  • Area Rugs (must be clean, no stains, and from a pet free household) TEMPORARILY NOT ACCEPTING ANY RUGS DUE TO OVERSTOCK

  • Bed Frames (must be complete bed with headboard, footboard, side rails, and slats) TEMPORARILY NOT ACCEPTING ANY BED FRAMES DUE TO OVERSTOCK

  • Buffets, servers, credenzas (no china cabinets)

  • Bookcases and curio cabinets

  • Complete sets of china, stemware, or flatware

  • Couches/Chairs (unless plaid, floral or dated style)

  • Coffee/End Tables/Sofa tables

  • Décor - Artwork, vases, artificial plants, mirrors, etc

  • Dining Room Sets (sets only, no separate dining tables)

  • Dressers/Night stands (unless Dark Pine)

  • Home Office furniture

  • Jewelry

  • Lamps - Table and floor lamps

  • Patio furniture

Appliances (must be less than 10 years old.)

  • Flat Screen TV’s and stereo equipment (no tube tvs)

  • Lawn Equipment and snow blowers

  • Microwaves and other small appliances

  • Refrigerators/Freezers

  • Ranges

  • Vent hoods

  • Washers/Dryers

Building Materials

  • Bathroom Vanities

  • Hardware (must be boxed and brand new)

  • NEW Windows

  • NEW Kitchen Cabinets

  • Doors

  • Power tools and hand tools (table saws, drills, hammers, mitre saws etc.)

  • Lawn and Garden tools (mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, etc)

  • Tile and Flooring (100 sq ft. minimum of the same type and color, must be boxed)

  • Lighting Fixtures

  • Latex Paint ONLY

    Special Paint Disclaimer: All paint must be in full or nearly full cans and free of rust. Paint must be marked with a sample swatch on top of the can. No more than 2 years old per the mix label on top of the can. White or Color paint only. No bases.

Donation Drop Off Form

  • Please use the form on the right to submit photos of your drop off donation for pre-approval.

  • We accept drop off donations Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm.

  • We do not always have volunteers at our loading dock that can lift heavy items. Please be sure to bring extra hands to unload large items.

  • When you arrive, please back your vehicle up to the loading dock between the orange cones over the rubber hose. A bell will automatically ring inside and a volunteer will come out to assist you.
